Most items are available for returns within 30 days of delivery. They can be returned for exchanges or refunds within 30 days of delivery.
All limited time drops are final sale. These are limited items available only for this release. They can be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Items purchased at 50% and 70% off the original price are ineligible for exchange. They can be returned for store credit with in 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
For all refunds, the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping in order to send the product back to us. Also the shipping amount paid is not refunded when an item is returned.
To be eligible for an refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, please contact us at support@aitmathletics.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.Â
Exchanges

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â
